Eager to get married in Sorrento, Rebecca & Chris managed to become Husband & Wife here. They waited patiently and, eventually, the removal of quarantine from the UK came as a destiny sign, not just as government news - and we did all we could to make it happen!
Paperwork was arranged as previously scheduled and everything was carefully planned, regardless of the uncertainty of this year. So they had their outdoor Civil ceremony as they had dreamt of, and Sorrento Cloister became the frame of this dream! The Cloister was, in fact, enriched with white & green flowers: the white carpet running to the desk with green olive leaves, white chavari chairs, 2 large pots on white pillars - everything was emotional and thrilling! After clapping and throwing rose petals at them, their small wedding party enjoyed some drinks and toasted to them all together!! Bride&Groom, then, spent some time in the Rolls Royce we hired for them, not only to have photos taken but also to enjoy a special drive around! The wedding reception was held at a walking distance 5 star hotel, where the sea, the food, the staff and atmosphere delighted and cuddled our newlyweds, under the trees and the beautiful hanging lanterns. Despite the fact they were supposed to have many more guests, they could celebrate their special day and enjoy each single moment.
